This release includes usability improvements for discard tanks and for editing user permissions.

Details
When creating a Bulk warehouse, a discard card is now automatically created.
Tanks can now only be created in Bulk warehouses.
The styling of the role editor (accessible via Setup: Users) has been improved to better show the grouping of related permissions.
