How does onboarding with Brew Ninja work?

There are two onboarding options for Brew Ninja: Assisted Onboarding and White Glove Onboarding.

Assisted Onboarding is included in all plans. If you choose to go this route you will be guided through account set up, as well as common workflows and best practices with a dedicated onboarding specialist via Google Meet.

White Glove Onboarding is an add on with a flat rate of $1,000. If you choose this route, you can send a Brew Ninja representative all of your recipes, raw material lists, product lists and customer/vendor lists. A dedicated onboarding specialist will complete the account set up on your behalf. You will then be able to book training sessions with your onboarding specialist via Google Meet. During these sessions you will learn common workflows and best practices for using Brew Ninja.
